Today May 19th marks 2 years since we became a fully approved and certified Virtual Organisation in the IFC by IFVARB. We’d like to thank everyone for being by our side! Just a few updates to make you all aware of: - We now have our brand new channel ahead of the Fifa World Cup later this year, feel free to chat there and you can @ us to request the @Qatar 2022 World Cup role! - We have taken the decision to temporarily suspend our ifga-discoveries events in order to focus on our main events. This is part of our plan to boost attendance, which is starting to improve! - A reminder to please file your inactivity in inactive-notices before disappearing!!! This will mean you won’t be in the position of having to complete a checkride or even be removed from IFGA, which has unfortunately happened to some of our most inactive members. Thanks Administration Team  Tonight we have reached a milestone, with over 500 flight hours logged by IFGA members on the Crew Center, just after *1 week of use!
*(Several prior PIREPs were submitted on February, but flown during the end of January while our flight filling system was closed at the same due to February's Announcement). We thank you all for logging your flights with us, we highly appreciate everyone’s dedication, here’s to 1000!  After 1 week of our new Crew Center in use, we’d like to share the statistics, take a look for yourselves! Here’s a huge congratulations to @IFGA if.dallas - EM, @IFGA Jairo - ATI, @IFGA AV-DONUT, @IFGA Nidhal - Promotions Manager & @IFGA Ahtapot in making it to our top 5 so far! Additional stats: - 86 PIREPS filled. - 467:16 total hours logged by everyone. - 23 pilot applications since release day (members signed up).   Everything announced: - Introduction of Crew Center to IFGA, fully operational allowing you to log your flights realistically, easier and faster, as well as giving you recent flight information and statistics at a glance, screenshots are no longer a thing! - The reopening of Executive Applications, mainly for Trainee Instructor and Promotion’s Manager. - Activity check reminder to all members, activity checks will also be performed every 2 months now instead of 3. |
